Some people with early myocarditis don’t have symptoms. Others have mild symptoms.

Common myocarditis symptoms include:

• Chest pain
• Fatigue
• Swelling of the legs, ankles and feet
• Rapid or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmias)

• Light-headedness or feeling like you might faint
